Bite Sized Chocolate Cheesecake

                    - 24 vanilla wafer cookies shopping list
- 3 (8oz) packages cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter, melted shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14oz) shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Preheat oven to 350
- Line 24 regular sized muffin cups with paper baking cups
- Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cup
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy
- Add cocoa, butter, and vanilla, beating until well blended
- Slowly add sweetened condensed milk then the eggs, until thoroughly mixed
- Spoon into the baking cups
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set
- Cool completely, then refrigerate until ready to serve
