Ingredients

How to make it

  • The nice thing about this is that you can use what ever you like in it.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 C).
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook onion and bell pepper until tender.
  • Spread half of the cheddar cheese on the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  • Layer your ingredients on top of the cheese.
  • Combine eggs and milk together (I use a blender).
  • Pour egg mixture over the ingredients.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top and bake for 10 more minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes or so.
  • Enjoy.

I like the idea of the non necessity of preparing individual omelets for each guest.

Thank-you for this very nice recipe.

    Wishing you a Good Day.

    Kind Regards
