Bread Pudding Recipe

How to make it

  • Spray a 9x13 pan real good
  • Break up bread into lg bite size pieces
  • put into pan
  • Sprinkle fruit of your choice, or mix more then one
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon
  • Drizzle melted butter over bread
  • Mix eggs and milk and cream together
  • add 2 t. cinnamon
  • stir
  • pour over bread and fruit
  • let set for 10 minutes
  • place uncovered in oven
  • bake at 350
  • check in 50 min
  • and then 10 min intervals
  • May serve with powder sugar mixed with maple syrup to make an icing consistency
  • or
  • Brown sugar mixture
  • Best if served warm
  • Enjoy!
