Swedish Apple Pie

- Small bowl: shopping list
- 2 T brown sugar mash together to coat the sugar with the spice shopping list
- 2 T cinnamon shopping list
- shopping list
- Large bowl: shopping list
- 2 C flour mix together with a large whisk shopping list
- 2 C sugar (can cut this back 1/4 to 1/3 C) shopping list
- dash of salt (I don't use) shopping list
- 1 C chopped walnuts shopping list

- sauce pan: melt over medium heat, 3 sticks of butter or margarine shopping list

How to make it
- Baking pan, 9" X 13": Spread in pan, should be 2/3 full with apples 6-8 apples, peeled, cored, sliced thin sprinkle cinnamon/sugar mixture evenly (Macoun best) over apples
- same small bowl:
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Alternately add melted margarine and beaten eggs to flour mix using large whisk. Begin and end with margarine. This forms a very soft dough. Spread over apples in pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour or until crust is golden brown.
- Try real hard to make this last. It's great slightly warm from the first baking or cold from the fridge.
