Slow Cooked Sirloin

- 1 boneless beef sirloin steeak(1-1/2 lbs.) shopping list
- 1 medium onion,cut in 1" chunks shopping list
- 1 medium green pepper,cut in 1' chunks shopping list
- 1 can(14-1/2 oz) reduced- sodium beef broth shopping list
- 1/4 c worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/4 tsp dill weed shopping list
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- Dash crushed red pepper flakes shopping list
- 2 Tbs cornstarch shopping list
- 2 Tbs water shopping list
How to make it
- In large non-stick skillet coated with spray, brown beef on both sides. Place onion and green pepper in 3 qt. slow cooker. Top with beef. Combine broth,Worcestershire sauce,dill,thyme,pepper and pepper flakes;pour over beef. Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours or till meat reaches desired doneness and vegetables are crisp tender.
- Remove beef and keep warm. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth;gradually stir into cooking juices. Cover and cook about 30 mins longer or until slightly thickened. Return beef to cooker;heat through.
