How to make it

  • Saute all the spices, onions and garlic together until onions are soft.
  • Add everything else but the lime juice and cook together over med high heat until boiling.
  • Puree soup in blender. (If you like a more chunky soup, only puree half.)
  • Add lime juice.
  • Serve with yogurt (or sour cream), cheese and homemade fry bread or tortilla chips.
  • Enjoy!
