My Kinda Pasta Dish

This dish i love to fix for romantic evening or special ok and its easy to fix
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bacon(fry and broken into pieces set aside) shopping list
- 2-tblsn-butter(unsalted) shopping list
- 1lb med shrimp(cleaned ) shopping list
- 2- shallots or 1/4-cup red onion(diced) shopping list
- 2-garlic (minced) shopping list
- 1-tspn-tarragon shopping list
- white wine 1/4 cup shopping list
- 1-cup heavy cream shopping list
- fresh ground pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup parmeggiano reggiano shopping list
- 1-box fettichinni noodles(salted water) shopping list
How to make it
- In the same pan you cooked the bacon in add butter
- saute onions about 4 minutesadd shrimp and garlic
- cook til just starting to turn pinktake shrimp out add white wine
- then add cream bring to a boil let reduce ,once reduced add shrimp and tarragon pepper and parmeggiano reggiano
- in pasta dish pour creamy sauce over cooked pasta add bacon pieces
- and serve with garlic baggett and salad and nice glass of white wine
