Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Mash bananas and set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and honey.
  • Next add in eggs and combine well.
  • Add sour cream, bananas vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and baking soda. Combine.
  • Add flour, mixing until just combined (don't over mix!).
  • At this point you can throw in a couple of handfulls of chocolate chips. :)
  • Pour in prepared loaf pans/muffin pans and bake at 350 for 45 - 60 minutes.
  • Please note: Time will vary based on your personal oven and what you bake it in. When I make this in mini loaf pans, it typically takes 30 minutes. In a mini muffin pan, they take about 20 minutes.

Random Thought: I don't know anyone who can buy and eat all of their bananas before one or two of them turn brown. I think some bananas just WANT to be made into bread.
