Kahlua Chocolate Cake

- 1 (18-22 oz.) box devil's food chocolate cake mix shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 cup Kahlua or other coffee flavored liqueur shopping list
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 cup chocolate chips shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, sour cream, Kahlua and oil. Beat with electric mixer for 3-5 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour into pan and bake 45-55 minutes. Check the cake and see if done after 45 minutes. Do not overbake.
- Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then remove from pan to cool on wire rack.
- Frost with your favorite icing.

I know this is delicious. I posted a simular several months ago. Mine had the Kahula Frosting.

I've been noticing sour cream in several baking things lately. Is that for a moister cake etc?
