How to make it

  • Boil the quail eggs for 5 mins.Then cover for 10 mins.
  • Then run the eggs in cold water for easy peeling.
  • Cut the carrots slightly thin.Design if possible.
  • Cut tofu in small cubes then fry until golden brown.Set aside.
  • Cut the chicken in small pieces(about the size of tofu).
  • Fry the chicken until slightly brown.Set Aside.
  • Mix the water,cornstarch,oyster sauce,sugar and soy sauce. Set Aside.
  • In a nonstick pan,pour sesame seed oil.
  • Saute garlic,onion,baby corn,carrots.
  • Add snow peas,chicken,tofu and quail eggs.
  • Pour in the cornstarch mixture.
  • Stir until sauce thickens.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.

    I have no idea where to find Quail Eggs here in Colorado, Chicken eggs will have to do. Good looking recipe.
