How to make it

  • Cut the chicken in small pieces.
  • Put Chicken in a bowl.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Let it rest for at least 10 mins.
  • Boil the quail eggs for 10 mins.
  • Run them in cold water for easy peeling.Set Aside.
  • Crush and mince the garlic.
  • Cut the onions in wedges.
  • Wash and trim the Snow Peas ( Sitsaro)
  • Fry the chicken until golden brown.
  • Place them in a paper towel.Set Aside.
  • Disperse cornstarch with broth.Stir and Set Aside.
  • In a nonstick pan.Stir fry the Snow peas and onion.
  • Add the garlic.Then Stir again.
  • Add the quail eggs,soy sauce,oyster sauce and sugar.Stir.
  • Pour the cornstarch solution.
  • Stir until the sauce thickens.
  • Add the chicken.
  • Drizzle with Sesame seed oil.
  • Give the dish a final stir.
