How to make it
- In a small saucepan, combine flour and milk.
- Cook over low heat until it is thick enough to form a paste.
- Set aside to cool.
- Cream together butter and sugar.
- Add cooled flour and milk to cream mixture; beat with electric mixer until smooth.
- Add vanilla; beat well to incorporate.
