How to make it

  • Cream shortening, egg, molasses, spices, b. soda and salt.
  • Add remaining dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Form into balls and roll in granulated sugar with cinnamon powder.
  • Bake in 350 degree F for 10-12 minutes.
