Winter Pesto Bread

- 1 whole wheat Italian baguette split length wise (day old) shopping list
- 1/2 cup of homeade or good quality pesto shopping list
- sliced tomatoes to cover bread halves ( slice about 1/4 of an inch thick) shopping list
- grated parmesan shopping list
- sliced buffalo mozzerella (bout 1/8 of an inch thick) shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Spread pesto over baguette halves
- place tomatoes over pesto
- layer mozzerella over tomatoes
- bake at 400 for 10 to 15 minutes
- remove from oven, drizzle with a high quality olive oil, sprinkle with parmesan, top off with some grated black pepper. Cut into nice slices.. my lil slice of heaven.
