How to make it

  • Spread pesto over baguette halves
  • place tomatoes over pesto
  • layer mozzerella over tomatoes
  • bake at 400 for 10 to 15 minutes
  • remove from oven, drizzle with a high quality olive oil, sprinkle with parmesan, top off with some grated black pepper. Cut into nice slices.. my lil slice of heaven.
