How to make it

  • Brown the chicken in the butter. Combine the cinnamon, cloves,
  • seasoning salt, orange juice, ale, and Tabasco. Pour the mixture
  • over the chicken in a crock pot and cook 5 hours on LOW. Serve
  • over rice
