How to make it

  • Method;
  • Fry Khada masala in oil and then fry Ginger / garlic paste.
  • Add Onions and fry until translucent
  • Add other masalas and mint leaves with garbanzo.
  • Do not OVER fry the above. Remove from heat BEFORE mint changes colour.
  • Cook Rice separately.
  • Add rice and Lemon juice to the mint/garbanzo masala and mix well
  • Garnish with Coriander leaves.
  • Tips:
  • Add grated beetroot to the mint/garbanzo masala and make your meal IRON rich.
