Mushroom Alfredo

- 3 TBSP butter shopping list
- 1LB mushrooms,sliced shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic Chopped shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup cream cheeze shopping list
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheeze grated shopping list
- 1 LB fettuccine or linguine shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium sausepan, melt butter over medium heat
- Add mushrooms and garlic
- Cook, stirring, until liqiud is evaporated
- Sprinkle in flour,stir, then slowly pour in milk, stirring constantly
- Heat, continue to stir, until sause begins to thicken and just statrs ton simmer
- Add cream cheeze and cook,stirring until smooth
- remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheeze
- meanwhile, cook fettuccine till tender, drain thoroughly and toss with mushroom sause.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.....enjoy!
