How to make it

  • In a medium sausepan, melt butter over medium heat
  • Add mushrooms and garlic
  • Cook, stirring, until liqiud is evaporated
  • Sprinkle in flour,stir, then slowly pour in milk, stirring constantly
  • Heat, continue to stir, until sause begins to thicken and just statrs ton simmer
  • Add cream cheeze and cook,stirring until smooth
  • remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheeze
  • meanwhile, cook fettuccine till tender, drain thoroughly and toss with mushroom sause.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.....enjoy!
