  • Nutritional Values: Calories: 227, Protein: 20g, Fat:5g, Carbohydrate: 46g
  • Note: All the Nutritional Values are on the No sugsr no fat.
  • Note:These recipes were given to me post Bariatric surgery it is also used for people needing a high protein replacement in their diet.

    Hi, Ed! I appreciate these recipes...I have been trying to make a good smoothie for a while now. I use that protein powder by Jillian(Biggest Loser trainer) and it is pretty good and reasonably priced. 5UP
