Smoky Shrimp Cheesecake

- 1/4 cup butter cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1 pound Philly cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 1 tea. lime juice shopping list
- 1/2 pound cooked shrimp, chopped fine shopping list
- 1 package smoked tomato seasoning(Spice Merchants) shopping list
- 1/2 cup smoked swiss cheese, shredded shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325^
- Coat sides and bottom of 6" spring-pan with cooking spray.
- Swirl crumbs in pan to cover sides and bottom evenly.
- Set aside.
- Blend cream cheese until smooth.
- Add eggs and lime juice.
- Fold in shrimp, seasoning and cheese, mixing thoroughly.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake at 325^ for 45-55 minutes.
- Let cool and serve at room temp. with bread or crackers.
