Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds.
  • Dice the cooked chicken.
  • Mix the mustard yogurt and spices.
  • Saute the scallions, onion and celery until slightly softened. Remove from heat when done and allow to cool for a few minutes.
  • Toss the grapes, chicken and mustard mixture in a large bowl.
  • Add the sauted vegetables and toss again.
  • Chill for at least one hour before serving.
  • Serving suggestions: Mixed field greens, high fiber low carb tortilla wrap, cooked wild rice, stuffed in a tomato.
