This is a pretty looking and good tasting salad to use up some of the excess garden produce. It just tastes so good on those hot summer days or anyday for us.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Angel Hair pasta
  • 1 green pepper-chopped
  • 1 yellow pepper-chopped
  • 1 bunch of green onion-chopped
  • 1/2 head of broccoli floweretts
  • 3 Roma tomatoes-chopped
  • 2 large carrots-diced
  • Balsamic Vinegarette Dressing

Directions
  1. Cook pasta as directed.
  2. Mix in remaining ingredients.
  3. Chill 8 hours or overnight.
