Black Tea Peanuts

- 3 cups peanuts, dry roast, no salt shopping list
- 1 large egg white shopping list
- 2 Tbsp sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tea. salt shopping list
- 2-2 1/2 Tbsp Lapsong souchong tea, ground fine shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350^.
- Spray 13 X 9 pan with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, blend sugar, salt, and tea.
- In a large bowl, beat egg white frothy, but not stiff.
- Fold in peanuts and coat well.
- Sprinkle season mix over nuts and stir to coat evenly.
- Spread evenly in pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Stir well and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Stir again and bake a final 5 minutes.
- Let cool on parchment paper.
- Store in zip-lock bag.
