Black Tea Peanuts Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350^.
  • Spray 13 X 9 pan with cooking spray.
  • In a small bowl, blend sugar, salt, and tea.
  • In a large bowl, beat egg white frothy, but not stiff.
  • Fold in peanuts and coat well.
  • Sprinkle season mix over nuts and stir to coat evenly.
  • Spread evenly in pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Stir well and bake for another 10 minutes.
  • Stir again and bake a final 5 minutes.
  • Let cool on parchment paper.
  • Store in zip-lock bag.
