Hit of the party Guacamole

This guacamole is one of my signature dishes. Gets rave reviews by everyone who tries it... my sister can't control herself around it!
Ingredients
- 3 large ripe avocados shopping list
- 1/4 cup minced onion shopping list
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice (juice from a whole lemon) shopping list
- 2-15 drops Tabasco sauce (to taste) shopping list
- 1-2 cloves garlic minced shopping list
- 1 med tomato chopped finely shopping list
- 1/4 red pepper chopped finely shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- dash pepper shopping list
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp chili powder shopping list
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp ground cumin shopping list
How to make it
- Mash avocado
- Stir in other ingredients thoroughly
- Chill for one hour
- Stir again before serving with taco chips
