How to make it

  • Heat the olive oil in a saute pan or deep frying pan. Dice the chicken breast and add the chicken and all the herbs. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook until brown.
  • Add the tomato puree, white and balsamic vinegar and worcester sauce. Mix together with chicken and cook over medium heat.
  • Add tomatoes and sugar. Reduce the sauce until thickened over medium heat.
  • Serve with fettucine or a pasta of your choice.
