Beef Stroganoff And Rice Recipe

How to make it

  • Cook 1-2 cups of rice.
  • As beef is browning add chopped mushrooms and onions to taste.
  • After beef is browned add French onion soup mix and sour cream (mixture should lighten to a medium brown color).
  • Mix in rice.

    Can you tell me how many ounces in the package of the Onion Soup mix? I live in the UK and we can get the dry soup but it comes in a box and you scoop out how much you want. Thanks so much!
