Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine the yogurt, garlic, paprika, oregano, dill, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a large bowl. Reserve about a third of this mixture to top off your burger later on. Mix the turkey meat with the remaining 2/3 of the yogurt. Form the meat into 4 patties and place on a hot grill or in a preheated skillet.
  • Allow the burgers to cook for about 7-8 minutes on each side, before melting a touch of feta cheese on top. Grill pitas if desired. Now, stuff your pita with the turkey-feta burger, a dollop of the reserved yogurt, and any of your burger must haves. Just add lettuce and tomatoes, or run wild with the Greek theme and add Kalamata olives, cucumbers, and lemon zest.

I lilke the looks of this recipe. Ground turkey needs a lot of help in the flavoring department and this recipe seems to fill the bill. I'll try it!
