Gails Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

This recipe was put into my church cook book that was recently published. It iss a great lemon poppy seed recipe. I think it would work great for muffins too.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. white cake mix shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup oil shopping list
- 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix shopping list
- 1 cup warm water shopping list
- 4 tsp. poppy seeds shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggss, water and oil.
- Beat well with mixer.
- Add poppy seeds.
- Pour into 2 greased 5x9x3 inch loaf pans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
- Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
