Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet
  • Saute peppers and onion until onions are translucent
  • Add garlic, sausages, beer and spices
  • Cook on medium heat until beer reduces by half
  • Puree tomatoes in a blender and add after the beer has been reduced
  • Cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes or until sausages are cooked through
  • If too much liquid evaporates, add a little water or tomato juice to pan
  • Serve on Hoagie buns
