Winter Warm-Up Spaghetti

- 1 pound bulk Italian sausage shopping list
- 1 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1 cup chopped green pepper shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 2 (8oz) cans whole tomatoes, broken up shopping list
- 6 oz can tomato paste shopping list
- 4 oz can sliced mushrooms, undrained shopping list
- 1 teaspoon basil shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper shopping list
- 1 package spaghetti (Creamette is best) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons soft butter shopping list
- grated Parmesna cheese shopping list
How to make it
- In a large pot or dutch oven, brown sausage, onion, green pepper and garlic
- Drain off grease
- Add next six ingredients
- Simmer, uncovered about 30 minutes
- Prepare spaghetti according to package directions, drain
- After draining, toss with butter
- Serve spaghetti with sauce and sprinkle with Parm
