Greek Style Bread

- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 Tbs olive oil shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 3 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 3/4 cups crumbled feta cheese, drained and patted dry is neccesary shopping list
- 1/4 cup sliced pitted black olives, drained shopping list
- 1 Tbs sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp active dry yeast shopping list
How to make it
- Add ingredients to bread machine pan in order suggested by manufacturer,adding cheese and olives with flour.
- May need more or less liquid or flour when preparing any bread machine recipe
- Recommended cycle: basic/white bread cycle: medium/normal color setting.
- Breads made with fresh cheese may be more perishable: wrap airtight andstore leftover bread in refrigerator or freezer.
- Note: Use leftovers of this zesty bread to create salad croutons.
- Just cut bread into bite-size cubes and spread in single layer in shallow baking pan.
- Lightly brush cubes with oil. Bake at 300* for 10-15 minutes or until crisp and dry, stirring twice
