BBQ hoki kebabs by Nicola Hudson

- 1 pkt Sealord Simply Natural Hoki Fillets, defrosted shopping list
- 8 wooden skewers shopping list
- sea salt and pepper shopping list
- lime aioli shopping list
- 2 red capsicum, seeded and sliced shopping list
- 1 eggplant, sliced shopping list
- 4 courgettes shopping list
- 1 red onion, sliced shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- Dukkah shopping list
How to make it
- Cut the hoki into cube’s and thread on the skewers.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- BBQ the kebabs and vegetables and season as desired.
- Place the cooked vegetables on a large platter and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dukkah.
- Place the kebabs on top of the vegetables and drizzle with lime aioli.
