The Best Creamy Brussels Spouts

- 4 slices bacon (peppered) shopping list
- 2 lbs. Brussels sprouts, trimmed & halved (frozen works too) shopping list
- 3/4 cups chicken broth shopping list
- 1/2 t kosher salt shopping list
- 1/4 t pepper shopping list
- 3/4 cup heavy cream shopping list
- cracked black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In 12-inch skillet cook bacon over med heat until crisp. Drain bacon on paper towels & reserve 2 T dripins in skillet.
- In skillet add Brussels sprouts to drippings, cook & stir over med heat 4 min. Add broth, salt, & pepper. Heat to boiling. Reduce & simmer, covered 5 min. Uncover: cook 2 to 4 min or until liquid nearly evaporates. Add cream. Cook 4 min more or unitl thickened.
- Transfer sprouts to serving dish. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon & cracked pepper.
- ENJOY!!!!!!
