How to make it

  • In 12-inch skillet cook bacon over med heat until crisp. Drain bacon on paper towels & reserve 2 T dripins in skillet.
  • In skillet add Brussels sprouts to drippings, cook & stir over med heat 4 min. Add broth, salt, & pepper. Heat to boiling. Reduce & simmer, covered 5 min. Uncover: cook 2 to 4 min or until liquid nearly evaporates. Add cream. Cook 4 min more or unitl thickened.
  • Transfer sprouts to serving dish. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon & cracked pepper.
  • ENJOY!!!!!!
