Banana Spice Loaf

- 125 g butter , room temperature shopping list
- 150 g sugar shopping list
- 1 Pinch salt shopping list
- 1 pkt vanilla sugar ( or use 1 -2 tsp vanilla extract ) shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 200 g flour shopping list
- 1 Pkg vanilla pudding powder shopping list
- 3 Tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 Tbs milk shopping list
- 100 g chocolate shopping list
- 100 g nuts shopping list
- 3 bananas shopping list
- cinnamon to taste shopping list
- 1 pinch cloves or to taste shopping list
- 1 Pinch nutmeg or to taste shopping list
- 1 Tbs rum flavor or extract shopping list
How to make it
- Cream the butter; with the sugar and salt until smooth and fluffy
- Stir in the eggs and vanilla powder
- Mix the flour with the dry pudding powder, baking powder
- and stir in the milk.
- Coarse chop the chocolate and the nuts
- Peel the bananas and mash them.
- Stir everything together, add the spices and rum and pour into a well greased (large) loaf pan.
- Bake: about 70 - 80 min at 175C ° or until tested done
- Cool 15 mins, remove from pan, cool completly
- Wrap and store overnight for bet flavor and texture
