Dog Pile Eggs

- 3 eggs shopping list
- 4 tbsp evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 hot dog Ball Park turkey hot dogs shopping list
- 1/4 cup Sharp Cheddar Shredded cheese shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce shopping list
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup shopping list
How to make it
- Heat up the skillet to medium. Slice the hot dog length wise then slice diagonal pieces cross wise. Cook the hot dog in the skillet for about 3 or 4 minutes.
- Lightly beat the eggs, milk, salt, pepper and Tabasco. Reduce heat in skillet, Pour eggs over top of the hot dog. Pull eggs back to scramble. When almost all cook, pile them in the center of the skillet and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top to melt.
- Serve portion topped with ketchup.
