Easy way to make sour cream, if you have no real sour cream. Goes well with my Beef Paprica or Beek Strogganoff

I use single or double cream, but dont see any reason not to use whipping.
Thanks for your idea to take this simple recipe further, sounds good.

I will try to get an article out tomorrow with the greatest dip idea I've ever had in my life! A friend and I came up with it, though other people may have too.

To take it a step further, out of dip? use this or sour cream, add lipton's onion soup, ranch dressing mix, etc... to taste to create dip for chips or veggies!
