Creamy Scallion Dip

A creamy delight from Paula Deen...what no butter, Paula? I ahve made this with silken tofu and also used yogurt as a substitute.

In a large mixing bowl, mix ingredients together. Top with scallions and serve with Tortilla Chips or Potato Chip Scoops.
