How to make it

  • Separate yolks and whites
  • Whip the egg yolks with half of sugar (5-8 min)
  • Sift flour and cocoa
  • melt the butter
  • beaten egg whites add all sugar,
  • Add flour with cocoa, and whites in yolks ( for 3 times)
  • carefully add the melted butter,
  • put the dough in the form
  • bake 30-40 minutes
  • to cool biscuit (after 5 minutes remove from the form), a cold biscuit wrapped in foil and leave for 8 hours.
  • Cut the sponge cake into three parts
  • cream
  • mix egg's yolk and water
  • add milk
  • cook until will be thick cream
  • cool it
  • whip the butter, add vanilla, cocoa powder
  • add the cream
  • whip it more
  • assemble cake
  • put the cream on 2 layers
  • smear cake apricot jam
  • pour glaze
