Blueberry Banana Smoothies - Diabetic Friendly

- Ingredients: shopping list
- 1 Medium ripe banana, cut into chunks shopping list
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries shopping list
- 1 cup cherry juice blend lite shopping list
- ¾ cup vanilla yogurt fat-free shopping list
- ½ cup crushed ice shopping list
- dash ground cinnamon shopping list
- Optional: garnish with extra Slices of banana and blueberries shopping list
How to make it
- In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 3 servings.
