Tarragon Salad dressing

Made for my New Orleans menu. I wanted somwething to offset the hot, spicey etc and this did the trick, and great over the greens
Ingredients
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup white vinegar shopping list
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 Tbs dried tarragon leaves shopping list
- 1 tsp sugar shopping list
- salt and black pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Place all in a screw top jar, shake well and chill several hours or overnight before use
- let come to room temp before using
- Correct serasonings as desired
- Shake well and pour as needed over your green salad
- makes 1 1/2 cups
