How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350^.
  • Layer 1
  • Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time.
  • Fold in chocolate and melted butter.
  • Add vanilla and cream, mixing thoroughly.
  • Pour into prepared pan and set in fridge.
  • Layer 2
  • Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time.
  • Fold in chocolate and melted butter.
  • Add vanilla and cream, mixing thoroughly.
  • Pour over first layer.
  • Bake at 350^ for 55-65 minutes, or until sides are firm.
  • Let cool and refrigerate before serving.
