My daughter would order this every time we went shopping in Mexico. It pairs wonderfully with Mexican rice and frijoles. Pass the warm flour tortillas.

I am familiar with mole, but it always had some kind of ground nuts it it. Peanuts, almonds, pine nuts or pumpkin seeds. Yours sounds delicious and I am definitely going to give it a try, but I wondered if the nuts were ommited by accident.
