Aniseed Vinaigrette

- 1 shallot quartered shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves halved shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried green peppercorns shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon aniseed shopping list
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Place shallot, garlic, peppercorns and aniseed in blender on medium until mixture is chopped.
- Add vinegar and blend then with motor running add oil in a stream and blend until emulsified.
- Stir in salt and pepper then store in refrigerator until ready to use.
