- 4-5 poblano peppers-diced shopping list
- 1 Large white onion-diced shopping list
- 5-6 roma tomatoes-diced shopping list
- 5 garlic cloves Minced shopping list
- 1 Bunch cilantro-diced shopping list
- 1 chicken Cube shopping list
- 2 Cups Oaxaca cheese-cut into small squares shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the poblano peppers, onions, tomatoes, garlic at the same time. Stir often. When everything is soft add the chicken bouillon cube and cilantro to taste and stir. Once everything is incorporated, add the cheese and stir until melted. Fill tamales or use as a taco filling.
