Blackberry Cobbler

This tasty treat is healthy and low calorie. You can use other fruits,such as peaches or other berries.
Ingredients
- 1/2 c sugar shopping list
- 4-1/2 tsps. quick cooking tapioca shopping list
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice shopping list
- 5 c fresh or frozen blackberries,thawed shopping list
- 2 Tbs orange juice shopping list
- Dough: shopping list
- 1 c flour shopping list
- 1/3 c plus 1 Tbs sugar divided shopping list
- 1/4 tsp baking soad shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/3 c reduced-fat vanilla yogurt shopping list
- 1/3 c fat-free milk shopping list
- 3 Tbs butter,melted shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl,combine the sugar,tapioca and allspice. Add blackberries and orange juice;toss to coat. Let stand for 15 mins. Spoon into a 2 qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl,combine the flour,1/3 c sugar,baking soda and salt. Combine the yogurt,milk and butter;stir into dry ingredients until smooth. Spread over berry mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins. Sprinkle with remaining sugar. Bake 25-30 mins longer or till golden brown. Serve warm.
