Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Use paper muffin liners or grease 24 muffin cups. Either way it doesn't matter.
  • Sift together dry ingredients.
  • Place all pre-measured ingredients near the mixer.
  • Beat eggs then gradually add sugar while beating.
  • Continue beating while slowly pouring in oil.
  • Stir in vanilla.
  • Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients, alternating with sour cream.
  • Gently fold in blueberries or any other berry.
  • Scoop batter into prepared muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
  • Bake for at least 20 minutes but you may find it necessary to bake them a little bit longer. It depends on your oven and altitude.

Blueberry muffins are my favorite muffins! These sound really delicious. (Blueberry pancakes are also a favorite of mine).
