Stoveworthy Mac N Cheese

- 3 cups dry macaroni pasta shopping list
- 4 oz Velveeta cheese shopping list
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (about 8 oz) shopping list
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz) shopping list
- 1/4 cup half-and-half cream shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and salt generously.
- Add pasta, stir and allow to boil for 6 minutes. Drain and return to the hot pot.
- Add Velveeta, Cheddar, Mozzarella and half-and-half to the pasta and stir over low heat until completely melted. Serve with salt and pepper to taste.
