How to make it

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil and salt generously.
  • Add pasta, stir and allow to boil for 6 minutes. Drain and return to the hot pot.
  • Add Velveeta, Cheddar, Mozzarella and half-and-half to the pasta and stir over low heat until completely melted. Serve with salt and pepper to taste.
