How to make it

  • Sauté` shrimp in ¼ c butter melted in a skillet, just until heated through; set aside.
  • In medium sauce pan, melt ½ c butter, blend in flour and stir for a few minutes.
  • Add half and half and stir with a wire whisk until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
  • Serve over hot fluffy rice.
