How to make it
- Sauté` shrimp in ¼ c butter melted in a skillet, just until heated through; set aside.
- In medium sauce pan, melt ½ c butter, blend in flour and stir for a few minutes.
- Add half and half and stir with a wire whisk until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
- Serve over hot fluffy rice.
