How to make it

  • Preheat grill pan over med-high heat. Whisk together 1 Tbs oil and the chili powder,then rub all over the steak;season with salt and pepper.
  • Add to grill pan and cook,turning once,until grill marks appear,about 5 mins. for med-rare
  • Transfer to cutting board,let rest 10 mins before thinly slicing across the grain.
  • Meanwhile,in med. bowl,combine jalapenos,lime peel,lime juice and remaining 3 Tbs olive oil;season with salt and pepper.
  • Add onions,lettuce and avocados and toss;season with salt and pepper.
  • Divide half of the avocado salad among the taco shells,topping with the meat and remaining avocado salad.

    This recipe easy...never

    Very complex in the layering,but,no surprise for delicious taste.
