Really good spinach lasagne

- 1 package lasagna noodles, cooked according to package directions shopping list
- 20 oz. frozen spinach, defrosted and pressed of all water shopping list
- 8 oz. shredded parmesan cheese shopping list
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1 and 1/3 stick butter shopping list
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 8 oz. Italian Blend cheese shopping list
- 1 1/3 cup water shopping list
- 2 to 3 tablespoons dried chicken bouillon granules shopping list
- 1 cup half and half shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Lightly butter large casserole dish
- In skillet, Saute onions, bell pepper,garlic, and mushrooms in butter until tender(about 3 to 4 minutes)
- Add spinach, broth, Parmesan Cheese, and cook 4 to 5 minutes over med low heat.
- Stir in half and half and continue to cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Lay a row of three lasagna noodle on bottom of casserole dish.
- Spread 1/3 of the spinach mixture over the noodles.
- Top with 1/3 of the Italian Blend cheese and 1/3 of the cheddar cheese
- Repeat layers ending with cheese
- Pour any remaining juices from Spinach mixture over top.
- Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly brown.
- If desired, finish lasagna off by placing under broiler until lightly browned
- Enjoy.
