Ghost Hot Sauce

- 5 ghost peppers(Bhut Joluka) dried and ground shopping list
- 1 1/2 Tbsp habanero powder shopping list
- 6 cups BBQ sauce shopping list
- 1 cup Tabasco sauce shopping list
- 2 tea. garlic powder shopping list
- 2 tea. salt shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- First-make sure you have great ventilation, fumes are very strong.
- It is best to make outside, or with a powerful hood fan.
- Blend the BBQ sauce and Tabasco together over med. heat.
- Blend the dry ingredients and add a little at a time to the pan.
- Once all ingredients are combined, bring to low boil.
- Turn off heat and let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring often.
- Cool to room temp.
- Pour into glass container.
- This stuff will ruin plastic/tupperware.
- Serve at room temp.
- Can store in fridge for 5 days in airtight container
